Industry Week on Next-Gen Family Business Leaders...We've been posting here recently about family enterprises needing to revise their brand platforms to reflect a more contemporary notion of the modern, responsible family business. That new brand identity must also take into account how next-gen leaders are transforming the nature of doing business (which alters the customer-to-brand relationship), especially in the utilization of technology.
